I started my career with J.Crew as they were starting to reach an interesting height in their popularity. I began in a graphic design position, but made a quick transition into the role of a still life art director. In that position, I managed and advised photographers and stylists while working on still life images that were used for the catalog, website, print ads, and visuals in retail stores. I was primarily responsible for the men’s section of the catalog and designed all the spreads for that section, including layout and type design. I was responsible for retouching and color quality of images used in-house through final print production. In addition, I concepted and organized inspiration and ideas for future photo shoots and projects.
