Welcome

ah the first post... yikes. I’ve been wanting to start a blog for a long time, but have had plenty of excuses of why it just wouldn’t work or why it wouldn’t be right for me. I’ve even gone as far as to buy a domain name, set up a template, design a logo, change the name three times, and start to organize photos and posts that I might share. 

And then... Nothing. 

I just couldn’t get myself to pull the trigger. 

Do I really want to add yet another “to do” item to my list? Is my story or my daily life really worth sharing? Am I really ready to be honest with my posts? And the easy answer is: no. 

But I keep circling around to community and collaboration. I love creativity. I love sharing ideas and beautiful images. I admire innovation and enjoy challenging conversations. I love a good laugh -and sometimes a good cry even more. I love my incredible husband and am daily left speechless by my two beaitiful children. I am a wife and mother who works 40+ hours a week, struggling to maintain some sort of structure, yet, I am daily amazed by God’s grace and mercy in my life. 

What it came down to is this: I want to be a part of a community that encompasses all of these things. 

I am hoping that this space becomes a source for inspiring collaborations and an exchange of good ideas. Welcome to Salt Water & CeCe!
